Our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, Warranties, Credit Notes and Disclaimer
 

All Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
All Prices quoted are for Cash or Electronic Funds Transfer only, to be submitted when order is confirmed.
All Prices and Specifications are subjected to change without prior notice.
Credit Notes will only be issued after agreement between both parties!, Please ensure that the item you purchase is really want you want!
While every effort has been taken to ensure accuracy in compiling this price list no liability can be accepted for errors or omissions.
All logo's and brand names are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are acknowledged as such.

Our Warranty Terms and Conditions
 

Warranty on products are stated on the price-list - If you are not sure on a warranty of a product Contact Us to confirm.
Defective products will only be accepted in original packaging.
Defective products must be returned with a detailed fault report and the original invoice.
Brisbane Satellites does not collect or do deliveries on warranty items.
Warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Warranty period is calculated from original date of purchase

Warranty items WILL NOT be released without the original Brisbane Satellites job card.
All defective products must first be inspected by Brisbane Satellites before a replacement is issued.
Unfortunately no cash refunds will be issued for a product that is defective.
Any repair time given by us is merely estimated and Brisbane Satellites will not be bound by it.

Procedure to follow if a product purchased from Brisbane Satellites is found to be defective:

Please contact Brisbane Satellites first to get a return authority number, as without this number NOTHING will   happen.
Should a product be defective within 30 days  of purchase, it will be replaced immediately after being tested by us.
Should a product be defective after 30 days of purchase,
5 to 14 working days is required for the item to be repaired or replaced.

The following will result in the product warranty being declared null and void :
 

Physical Damage on the product
Burn marks on the product
Missing the original labels
Items that have been marked, written on or tampered with in any other way.

All postage, freight or courier is the responsibility of the Buyer.

If an item is found to be defective and becomes part of a warranty claim we will pay the postage from our premises to the buyers premises.                                

Any item that is deemed to be defective and is replaced under warranty becomes the property of Brisbane Satellites. We do not cover damages in transit unless the item is sent by Registered post and insured.
