Free installation is available in most areas of S.E. Queensland . There may be times, such as when you are located outside the area of the map* that a small travel fee may be applicable
We are only able to offer free installation if you have a current credit card and are able to sign up with SelecTV on a 24 month contract.
Your only outlay for this free installation offer will be your monthly subscription fee.
This amount will depend on the package you choose.
* Travel to the Bay Islands, Nth Stradbroke etc will incur the ferry costs
Am I eligible?
Our free installation offer is available to anyone living in a standalone house up to 2 stories high OR a semi detached house or townhouse where a personal satellite dish can be installed and has been approved (if required, by a body corporate or landlord) for installation. We can only offer free installation in specific areas.
What equipment is installed at my house?
Brisbane Satellites would install an 80cm satellite dish and roof mount (tin, tile or wall mount) at an agreed position on your roof. A coaxial cable would be run from the dish to the wall socket in a neat and tidy manner either within the cavity of the wall or down beside a down pipe if necessary and cable tied to the downpipe. The wall socket would be fitted on an inside external wall only.
We would supply a SelecTV satellite decoder box and connect a coaxial cable from the wall socket to the satellite decoder box. The satellite decoder includes its own remote control.
We would educate you on the operation of the decoder box so you are familiar with changing channels and adjusting the volume etc.
If you already have an existing, unused satellite dish on your roof and you have permission to use this dish, then Brisbane Satellites will supply a new LNB to fit on your existing dish and install the SelecTV decoder at your premises.
You will then be required to contact SelecTV while Brisbane Satellites is at your premises and sign up for a 24 month contract. At this point, your credit card will be debited for the first month access. This amount will depend on the package(s) you have chosen.
How much will it cost me?
It will cost you $0.00 for all of the equipment fully installed at your home. Cost per month will depend on the package(s) you choose to subscribe to. Please have a look at our channels page to view the options. You'll just have to agree to a 24 month contract with SelecTV. That's it, no catches, no other costs. After the 24 month contract period, the equipment is yours to keep.

Can I subscribe to SelecTV without having to enter into a contract?
