The government has enabled a new television service

 - Viewer Access Satellite Television  - 

V.A.S.T

which gives access to all the digital and  HD channels

ABC HD,  SBS HD,  Seven HD,  Nine HD,  Ten HD, 

ABC2,  ABC3 ,ABC 24,  SBS2,  GO!,  Gem, 7TWO, 7 Mate, Eleven  and  One HD

Equipment to access this service is now available

and costs $279.00 for the Set Top Box & access smartcard

This service is available to remote area viewers, caravan travellers and also to

regional and metropolitan areas where the terrestrial service is unable to be viewed

This will give everyone in Australia access to the same channels

regardless of where you are .

*Installation of this system will cost from $540

The equipment needed to use this service is a new Set Top Box, smartcard,

 satellite dish and cabling etc.
